- Construction of parking area for 40 large trucks and 75 light vehicles
- Construction of access road with binder and wearing course finishing, road marking and road sign installation
- Supply and positioning of 3 units 40ft container van (office cabin), 2 units security office cabins, caravan units, break room/ recreation room cabin
- Construction of steel structure warehouses (chemical, flammable and spare parts) with concrete slab flooring and supply and fixing of steel shelving
- Supply and positioning of 5 units of guard towers
- Supply, positioning, final connection and commissioning of generator and portable diesel generator sets with fuel tank
- Construction of perimeter fencing (t-wall and wire mesh and fence barrier)
- Supply and positioning of toilet cabins, caravan, break room and recreation room cabin
- MEP works for all facilities including but not limited to power supply system, area lighting, fire protection system, fire alarm system, IT & telecommunications system, CCTV fixtures, etc.
- MEP infrastructure works including, security lighting and fixtures, sewer and drainage, firefighting, electrical, low voltage, IT system fixtures, PAS fixtures both internal and external
