Engineering & Construction Building local business infrastructure with warehouses in Ghana

The services rendered by Alliad in these projects include General Project Management Services, Pre-Construction Services and Construction Services.

Design and construction of 3 pre-engineered warehouses plus ancillary office buildings since 2018 across 3 phases.

All warehouses include warehousing area, office area within and mezzanine. Total project area is approximately 42,500m2 separated below:
- Phase 1: Warehouse of 6,830m2 and Service Facilities (office and compacted land for storage area of 10,283m2 which makes total build up area of 18,023m2
- Phase 2: Warehouse of 6,185m2 and Service Facilities
- Phase 3: three (3) units 6,060m2 Warehouses and Service facilities

Phase 1:
- PEB Warehouses of 9,464m2 and 8,551m2. Front office building and concrete pavement for parking

Phase 2:
- 2 x PEB Warehouses of 4,136m2 and 5,060m2

Phase 3:
- 2 x PEB Warehouses with areas 11,328m2 and 10,421m2
