Driving sustainability through culture, strategy and collaboration

Our approach to sustainability

We believe our success should benefit all of our stakeholders we work with. That’s why we’re aligning our priorities and performance with the expectations of the communities and partners we serve especially as the private sector takes on a bigger role in driving sustainable change. In 2023, we carried out our first global materiality assessment to better understand which ESG issues matter most to our stakeholders and our business. The insights we gained have shaped our sustainability strategy and action plan, helping us focus on what really counts.

We like to review our progress yearly. And you can too,

Alliad’s 2024 Sustainability Report highlights our progress in embedding sustainability across operations, leadership and growth. Key achievements include launching our first group-wide Sustainability Policy, training 2,600 employees in Fair Labour and Human Rights, and investing USD $12,595 in community projects that impacted 1,225 people. The report also outlines our commitment to transparency, full emissions reporting, and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Rashad Sinokrot, Chief Executive Officer
